Are your villa ratings similar to those given to hotels?
The ratings of our villas vary depending on the quality & facilities that they offer and also depending on the area, location, and privacy of each property.
How do I book a villa?
You complete the on-line Reservation Form. Once received, we confirm availability within 24 hours.
You then make a payment of 30% in order to secure your villa. Confirmation will be sent to you via email.
The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Once we have received your payment, a
full confirmation will be forwarded as well as area maps, villa directions and various other useful information.
Are your villa ratings similar to those given to hotels?
The ratings of our villas vary depending on the quality & facilities that they offer and also depending on the area, location, and privacy of each property.
Do I need to rent a car for the duration of my stay?
We strongly advise that you get a car, as the locations of the villa & village houses are often in rural areas where there is restricted public transport and quite often walks are quite far to conveniences.
You can contact us also for competitive car hire rates.
Do I need to bring bath towels with me?
All Villas supply only a bath & face towel per person. These will be changed on the days that the villa/village house will be cleaned.
Pool / Beach towels are not provided, so we advise that you bring them with you.
Do mobile phones work in Cyprus?
Most GSM network mobile phones work in Cyprus. But sometimes the reception can be a little erratic
Depending on the area, such as the mountains.
We do advise that you check with your airtime provider for further information.
Does my holiday villa have a landline?
Most Villas & village houses do not have landline phones, so we advise that you bring with you your mobile phone.
What are the check in & check out times?
Checks in times are after 1,00pm to allow for the cleaning of the villa or village house. Check out is 10,00am on the day of your departure.
Should you happen to have a late departure flight, please let us know, so that we can arrange for either alternative place to stay for those last few hours or we may even have the same villa or village house available.
Are Vaccinations Required?
No vaccinations are compulsory for German or UK residents, but your health authorities do recommend certain health precautions for travellers. You can collect all necessary information from them or ask your local general practitioner.
Should you need to take any form of medication, we advice that you take an adequate supply and carry them in your hand luggage only.
Are Visas required?
Visas are not required for EEC passport holders although a full passport valid for at least 3 months from your date of return is required. If you do not hold an EEC Passport, and or need to require any further Visa information, we recommend that you check with the following commissions as to whether a visa is required.

Is Travel Insurance required?
We strongly advise that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to also include cancellations.
What is your deposit & cancellation policy?
Deposit is usually 30% to hold your chosen villa. Reservations are not considered confirmed, until the deposit has been received & cleared.
Balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
In the event that you have to cancel your booking, no refund is made. For that reason we strongly advise that you take out travel insurance.
Aren’t Villas more expensive than Hotels?
As you will see, our villa rates work out usually much cheaper than prices of hotels.
Villa Holidays offer much more privacy, more comfort & freedom than hotel rooms.
All villas come with fully equipped kitchens, making a Villa Holiday an economical choice.
When two or more people are travelling, the rental is considerably less expensive that staying at a hotel and eating your meals out.
When you put all these factors together with regards to the benefits & amenities of a Villa Holiday, you will see that is offers superb value for money.
What is the required length of stay?
Normally a 7-night stay is required. However we are flexible should you be booking a last minute deal with us or it is during off peak season.
We also offer specials rates if your stay be over 14-nights.
On which days do villa bookings usually commence?
Most villa bookings generally run from Wednesday to Wednesday or Tuesday to Tuesday
However we are flexible to our German clients, where days are usually Thursday or Friday.
Other arrival and departure dates may be agreed upon, subject to availability and sometimes a small charge.
Are the rates per person or for the entire villa?
Our rates are for the entire villa on a daily/weekly basis.
How is payment made?
Payment should be made by bank transfer.
